On Saturday, November 4th, 2017 we had several students competing in the 2017 Grappling Industries Toronto at Ryerson University.
Results as follows:
Tiffany – 6-7 year olds: Gi White Belt Silver Medal
NoGi Beginner Silver Medal
Hannah – 8 – 9 Year Olds: Gi Grey Belt Silver Medal
Competed in NoGi, but due to injury did not complete division.
Braydin – 13 – 14 Year Olds: Gi Grey Belt Silver Medal
Jolene – Adult Female – Bronze in NoGi, 2-2 in Gi.
Ray – Senior Male Gi Blue Belt – Gold
Quinten – Adult Male, Gi White Belt: 2-2; NoGi Intermediate: 2-2;
Theo – Adult Make, Gi White: 1-3, NoGi Beginner 1-3; (First Tournament after only 4 months)
Connor – Adult Male, Beginner: 2-1 Silver Medal
Jesse – Adult Male, Beginner: 4-0 Gold.
Proud of all our competitors! More important than the wins and losses, was the improvements seen, and the sportsmanship demonstrated.
