Over the weekend, the 2015 Ontario Jiu Jitsu Association Provincials took place in our backyard at Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario. We had a wonderful weekend, and as a team we had 24 competitors for both adults and kids collecting a total of 31 medals! This also included the Team Award for Third in Adult NoGi.

Aidan J, Gold in Kids III Make White / Grey Belt – 100
Zachary M, Gold in Gi Purple Belt Ultra Heavy, NoGi Ultra Heavy and NoGi Absolute.
Richard H and Mark S for closing out both Senior Male Ultra Heavy Gi and NoGi, taking Gold and Silver.
Jason K, Senior Blue Belt Feather Gi Gold.
Josh S, Blue Belt Light NoGi Gold (nod to Drew W for moving up to Adult divisions and taking Bronze)
The next competition on the schedule in the Ascension Open, scheduled for February 13th and 14th, 2016 in Scarborough, Ontario.
