The 2018 Ontario Open was billed as Canada’s largest jiu-jitsu tournament and we had several students compete.
Tim G lost in the finals of the Masters Ultra Heavy Brown & Black Belt division, taking home a silver in one of the toughest division in the tournament.
Jenn H and Hilarie took home a bronze and silver respectively in their divisions – performing very admirably in their first foray into competing!
Nikki, James, and Jo also all competed but missed the podium. They all did great, displaying some wonderful technique and sportsmanship – and regardless of the result, we are all proud of them!
